Install Odigos Central backend and UI components 
odigos pro central install [flags]

Options

      --central-admin-password string       Central admin password (auto-generated if not provided)
      --central-admin-user string           Central admin username (default "admin")
      --central-max-message-size string     Maximum message size in bytes for gRPC messages (empty = use default)
      --central-storage-class-name string   StorageClassName for Keycloak PVC (omit to use cluster default; set '' to disable)
  -h, --help                                help for install
      --image-pull-secrets strings          Secret names for imagePullSecrets (repeat or comma-separated)
  -n, --namespace string                    Target namespace for Odigos Central installation (default "odigos-central")
      --onprem-token string                 On-prem token for Odigos
      --version string                      Specify version to install

Options inherited from parent commands

      --kube-context string   (optional) name of the kubeconfig context to use
      --kubeconfig string     (optional) absolute path to the kubeconfig file (default "KUBECONFIG")
  -r, --remote                use odigos ui service in the cluster to update the onprem token
  -v, --verbose               enable verbose output
